• Each participant will be invited to donate to the product delivery gas fund (See “Z” below).

• Please ask Lorelei for a price check before paying.

• The last day to place an order and to pay will be Sunday, April 27.  

• Pay with a check to Mountain View Ward.  Write “Prepare” in the “Other” category on a  contribution slip and enter the amount there.  Give the envelope to a member of the bishopric.

• This order will supercede any order you have previously submitted.
