• Each participant will be charged an additional $2 for delivery from the HSC.

• Ask Lorelei for price check before paying.

• The last day to place an order and to pay will be Monday, May 13.  

• Payment must be to Mountain View Ward and given to a member of the bishopric.

• This order will supercede any order you have previously submitted.
