You can go to the Home Storage Center in Aurora and buy your own products if you like.  Alternatively, you can wait for our next ward dry pack product purchase project. 

The Home Storage Center is open on the following schedule:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat:  9 AM to 3:30 PM;  Wed: 9 AM to 8:30 PM.

They are located at 3233 Fraser St in Aurora.  Go south on I-25  and take the I-270 exit. Travel southeast to where it joins I-70 and then continue east.  Take the Chambers Rd exit going south. After 3 blocks turn right on 33rd Place. and go one block west to Fraser St. It is the building in front of the silos.  Click here to see a Google map of the area.

There are currently more than  26 food items available and a water filter.

The home storage centers are part of the Church’s massive welfare program that includes canneries, meat-packing facilities, thrift stores, farms, ranches and storage facilities for food.

Latter-day Saints are encouraged by Church leaders to keep a three-month supply of food on hand in case of physical, natural and economic emergencies as part of the practice of self-reliance.
